DAILY OPERATION

We will carry out our delivery process everyday from Monday to Saturday using our in-house lorry driver or courier services for small items.. You shall receive your product at your door way within 14 working days once you check the status of your purchase had changed to DELIVER. Please provide the CORRECT address where someone will be at home to receive the products and VALID phone number, otherwise, you will be informed to collect your parcel from the nearest courier office or other arrangement must be made.

Customers from other countries who are interested in purchasing our products are welcome send a message through CONTACT US for international postage rate. We will make effort in providing the service as soon as possible to the country you are from.


 

WARRANTY

All products are not manufactured by us, therefore, we do not offer product warranty. Each manufacturer is providing different range of warranty, you are welcomed to e-mail us for more information.

If you find the items that you purchased is not working properly, please contact us for supervision. We will try our best to provide proper information that helps you in installing and using the products. Besides, we will inform you the ways to send the products back for repair if any defect on the product as long as it is still under warranty.

We are minimizing the trouble of sending the product back for warranty by selling and distributing good quality products, but it will be your own responsibility to install and use the product properly to ensure the product can reach the maximum performance. Therefore, please refer to the guidelines or manuals comes with the products before usage. If you find any problem in using the products, you are welcomed to contact us for guidance.


 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are regret to inform you that Returns and Exchanges will not be applied unless for damages, broken or defect while your order items reach at your door way. Our in house lorry driver are experienced and we also had adopted services from reliable postage company to ensure the product reaches you without any defect. However, if you find any defect on our product, please contact us at v_home_furnish@yahoo.com within 2 days of the receipt of your product, we will try to rectify your problem and provide the best solution. If we advice you to send the damage product back to us, please do so within 7 days of receipt. Once the damage had been confirmed, we will either replace the damage parts or if possible deliver a completely new product at our expense.

Besides, please be informed that we are not responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for a return and/or exchange. Please try your best to ensure that items will not be damaged while posting it back to us by packing the items properly.


 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery by truck – This delivery method is used for larger items such as cabinets and sofas. Presently, delivery truck is available only within Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan. To enquire about delivery outside of Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan, please email us at v_home_furnish@yahoo.com for more information.

Delivery by courier – This delivery method is used for smaller items such as home accessories, kitchenware and accent tables. Delivery by courier is available nationwide except Sabah and Sarawak. To enquire about courier services to Sabah and Sarawak, please email us at v_home_furnish@yahoo.com for more information.

Delivery by truck is available for delivery on weekdays (Mon-Fri) excluding public holiday. Delivery on Sat, Sun and public holidays can be arranged by emailing us at v_home_furnish@yahoo.com after completing your online transaction. There will be a surcharge for delivery on Sat, Sun and public holiday.
