    There are 3 ways you can place an order with us.

  2. Can I custom-made furniture piece from VALENCIA?

    Definitely. Our experienced sales consultants are ready to help design your dream furniture pieces with ultimate flexibility, and all you need to do is to advise your floorplan and product requirement to us. Click here to locate our physical outlets or contact for custom-made enquiries.

  3. What types of fabrics and leathers are available at VALENCIA?

    We offer variety of premium fabrics (e.g., Acacia, Lanzii, Belgium fabric etc.) and luxurious leathers (e.g., soft thick leathers, bovine leathers etc.) to meet your high standards. All of our materials have been extensively tested to withstand normal wear and tear, as well as years of usage. Shop online or come in-store to meet with our experienced sales consultants who’d happy to assist you choose the right for you.

  4. What is covered under VALENCIA’s Eight (08) Years Limited Warranty for Sofa?

  5. How long does VALENCIA take to deliver my order?

    Our furniture is made to your specifications and for this reason our normal delivery time takes from three (03) working days to three (03) months. Please note that this delivery timeframe may vary due to demand, occasionally resulting in delayed shipment. You will be advised of an approximate delivery date and timeslot once your order is confirmed. Should a delay occur, you would be contacted immediately.

  6. Does VALENCIA deliver to my area?

    We currently deliver within Peninsular Malaysia only. Free delivery is provided for order of RM500 and above in a single receipt within Klang Valley. You may contact your nearest VALENCIA physical outlet or our friendly customer service via WhatsApp for delivery queries.

  7. What if there’s restricted access to my home?

    Please advise us of any access restriction to your property. You are required to obtain relevant permits or permissions from the building or residential management for the scheduled delivery appointment. If we are unable to deliver your order on the scheduled delivery date and timeslot due to any difficulty in accessing your property, a reattendance fee shall apply for the next delivery attempt.

  8. How will I be notified prior to delivery?

    You will be notified a day before your delivery by WhatsApp, SMS or phone call to confirm the delivery date and timeslot. If you have any queries, please contact your respective sales consultant (in-store purchase) or our customer service (online purchase) for further assistance.

  9. Can I reschedule my delivery appointment?

    Definitely. We can arrange deliver for your order to be delivered on your prefer day and timeslot. If there are any changes to your initial delivery appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance and reschedule another new delivery appointment.

  10. Can I self-collect my order?

    Yes, you may collect your orders from our warehouse but please be wary that our warehouse location may different from the physical outlet locations. You will be notified when your order is ready for self-collection. The self-collection is available at our warehouse from 11am to 5pm daily unless stated. We require at least 72-hour prior notice to prepare your orders and your orders must be paid in full before collection. In the event that you are not available to collect your orders on the scheduled date and timeslot, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance and reschedule another self-collection appointment.

  11. What type(s) of payment methods does VALENCIA accept?

    Our physical outlets accept cash, American Express, Visa or MasterCard credit cards, and Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT). To allow time for bank processing, all EFT payments must be made 3 days prior to delivery day.

    Our eCommerce platform, "VALENCIA ONLINE" accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Online Banking. All orders must be paid in full prior to self-collection or standard delivery.

    For Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payment: -

    If you decide to pay for your order via EFT method, you will need to send us the proof of transaction as payment made evidence.
