You may choose to self-collect your orders at our warehouse or opt for our standard delivery service.
Self-Collection for Online Order
Self-Collection service is available at our Seri Kembangan warehouse and please be wary that its location may different from the outlet locations. You will be notified when your Order is ready for self-collection. The self-collection at our warehouse is available from 11am to 5pm daily unless stated. We require at least 72-hour prior notice to prepare your Order(s) for collection and your Order(s) must be paid in full before collection. In the event that you are not available to collect your Order(s) on the scheduled date and timeslot, you are required to notify us 24-hour in advance and reschedule another self-collection appointment. If your new self-collection date exceeds five (05) calendar days of your initial order self-collection appointment, you may be liable for charges of RM105 per week for storage fees (calculated on a daily prorated basis), unless delay of self-collection is at our fault.
Standard delivery will take from three (03) working days to three (03) months upon confirmation of Order where your Order will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that this may take longer during sales period.
- Only deliveries above RM500 in a single receipt are eligible for free delivery within Klang Valley.
- All delivery is only applicable for Peninsular Malaysia.
- Basic installation and/or assembly service will be provided without charges for purchases of big piece Product(s), unless otherwise mentioned.
- A signature is required on Delivery Order document upon receiving your Order as a proof of receipt.
In the event that you are unavailable to collect your Order on the scheduled date and timeslot, please contact us for delivery reschedule.
Orders are returnable for exchange within seven (07) calendar days upon receipt if they are: -
- Incorrect: The Product model or specification is differed from the information that shown on the Order summary, or there are missing parts inside the packaging;
- Damaged: The Product is found to be damaged upon receipt; or,
- Defected: The Product is not functioning or defected.
All returned Products must meet the following general returns criteria: -
- You have proof of purchase of the Product (Sales Invoice document);
- The Product is in new condition, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner;
- The Product has its original packaging intact and hasn’t been installed (if it is assembled, is in our absolute discretion, in resaleable condition only);
- The Product must be returned back to us within seven (07) calendar days upon receipt (as proved by the courier receipt) along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, screws, adapters etc.) and free gifts received with it; and,
- The Product must be fulfilled any other returns criteria that may from time to time be imposed by us.
- If the damaged or defected Product is covered by Warranty, please contact your respective sales consultant of the Order to proceed the returns process for warranty procedure.
Product(s) is/are non-returnable if under conditions and/or circumstances as follows: -
- Once installed: coffee tables, chairs, cabinets, bed frames and any custom-made Products, once wall-mounted or assembled.
- Once used: All accessories, mattresses, pillows and assembled furniture.
- Custom-made Products, special order Products, mattresses, beds, divans, assembled furniture cannot be refunded or exchanged. If delivery has taken place, the refund will exclude delivery charges paid.
- Display unit and clearance Products are strictly non-refundable nor non-exchangeable.
- Products without warranty card is not accepted.
- Purchased Products that have been receipt for more than fourteen (14) calendar days.
- The Product was purchased for someone else who simply does not want or accept it.
- The Product has no defects. You've changed your mind because of wrong selection, colour, size, model or specification, product not meeting expectation; or simply found it cheaper elsewhere.
- Defaulted on payment for item.
If we are of the view that the returned Product does not fulfil the Returns criteria, we may refuse the return of the Product(s). You will need to provide us with your Order number and the details of the Product to be returned. Collection fees are applicable, unless you are returning the Product to us as a result of a mistake committed by us, and we will advise you of such fees when we process your request. Upon receipt of the applicable collection fees, we will then arrange for Product collection from your stipulated address. If you choose to return the Product in-store, you will have to bring along the hard copy printout of the Order’s Sales Invoice document, and the payment card with which you paid for the Product(s) if applicable.
